Do you offer “bereavement fares”?
Some airlines offer specific bereavement or compassionate fares; most do not, or offer them only on certain routes. Our agent can check which airline on your preferred route offers such a fare and what documentation (e.g. proof of bereavement) the airline requires. This is controlled entirely by the airline, not by us.
Can I get a refund if plans change after booking?

Can you help if I’m already stranded abroad?
