Part One
The airline fare
Set by the airline, not by us. It covers the ticket itself plus all taxes and carrier-imposed surcharges, and it is governed by that airline’s fare rules.
Part Two
Our service fee
Our charge for agent time and ticketing. It is separate from, and in addition to, anything the airline charges — and it is quoted to you as part of one total.
Part Three
Your decision
You hear the full price and the key fare rules before you authorise payment. If the total isn’t acceptable, you can decline and end the call at no cost.

No. Worlds Travel LLC is an independent travel agency We are not an
airline. We sell tickets on behalf of airlines as an independent agency. We are affiliated with
UK airlines through standard ticketing agreements.
Yes, service fees may apply depending on the type of booking or change requested. Any fee
will be quoted to you verbally before you authorise payment, so you can decide whether to
proceed. Fees are separate from the airline’s fare and any airline-imposed change fees.
Online booking engines are efficient for simple one-way or return trips. But for
multi-city itineraries, group bookings, last-minute travel, name corrections, or complex changes, a
trained agent can usually find options a website cannot — and sort out issues on the spot.
We accept all major debit and credit cards processed over secure PCI-compliant phone
lines. We do not store card data beyond what is required to issue your ticket. A receipt and e-ticket will
be emailed to you as soon as the booking is confirmed.
Refund eligibility depends entirely on the airline’s fare rules for the ticket you
purchased. Some fares are fully refundable, some are partially refundable, and some are non-refundable.
