Fees disclosed upfront: The airline’s fare is set by the airline. Our service fee is our fee for agent time and ticketing and is always quoted to you before you confirm. You are free to decline and end the call — no obligation.

Can you match online fares?
Sometimes we can beat them, sometimes we can’t. Because our agents search airline inventory directly, we can often find fares or alternative routings that online engines do not display. When you call, the agent will quote our total price (including any service fee) and you can compare it to anything you’ve seen online before deciding.
Is my booking an official airline ticket?
Yes. Once payment is processed, we issue a valid airline e-ticket through the airline’s own ticketing system. You will receive the airline’s 13-digit ticket number and can manage the booking on the airline’s website using the airline’s booking reference (PNR).
Do you hold reservations before payment?
Some airlines allow us to hold a reservation briefly without payment; others require immediate ticketing. Ask the agent at the time of the call. Holds, where available, are subject to the airline’s rules and expiry times.
What happens if the airline cancels my flight?
Airline-initiated schedule changes and cancellations are handled under the airline’s policy, not ours. We will contact you if we are notified by the airline, and we can liaise with the airline’s trade desk to rebook or refund you per their rules. Any refund eligibility is ultimately determined by the airline.
