2. Accredited agency relationships

We are an IATA-accredited agency that sells tickets on behalf of clients. Our agency is affiliated with UK airline(s) through standard ticketing and distribution agreements. These agreements permit us to book, issue, and service tickets on behalf of these airlines — they do not make us an airline, a branch of an airline, or an exclusive representative of any airline.

3. Airline names and trademarks

References on this website and in our communications to specific airline names, logos, or trademarks are made for descriptive purposes only, to identify the carriers on whose behalf we sell tickets. All such names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Mention of a specific airline does not imply endorsement by that airline.

4. Service fees disclosure

Service fees may apply to bookings and post-ticketing services. Any fee is disclosed upfront before you authorise payment. Airline fares, airline taxes, and airline-imposed change/cancellation fees are separate from any Worlds Travel service fee.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for failures or delays in providing our services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic-related disruption, strikes, government actions, airline operational failures, internet outages, and acts of war or terrorism.

11. Responsible booking

Customers are responsible for:

• Verifying passenger names match passports exactly before authorising ticketing.
• Ensuring passport validity and visa eligibility for their destination and any transit countries.
• Checking baggage allowances and any airline-specific travel requirements.
• Obtaining appropriate travel insurance.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worlds Travel LLC’s liability in connection with its travel-agency services is limited to the amount of our service fee charged for the specific transaction in dispute. This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
